Appointment Cancellation Policy

If more than 48 hours notice is given then No Charge is made. If 24 to 48 hours notice is given then 50% charge and if between 1 and 24 hours notice 75% of the charge. If under 1 hour notice is given (or failure to show for the appointment occurs) then the charge will be at the full treatment price.

Late Arrival - if there is still time for the treatment to go ahead the amount of time that you are late will be deducted from the normal duration of the treatment.
